The store

This website sells custom-printed products made to order in India. By placing an order you agree to these terms, the shipping policy, and the returns & defects policy.

Orders and payment

All orders are prepaid online. There is no cash-on-delivery option. An order is confirmed only once payment is verified; until then it stays payment pending and is not printed. Prices shown are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include the shipping and gateway-fee preview shown at checkout.

Custom products

Items are printed to order in your chosen size, colour and design. You are responsible for checking the size chart and design before paying. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, wrong size selection, or a design you no longer like. Defects and misprints are covered by a free replacement under the returns & defects policy.

Delivery

Delivery timelines stated on this site (typically 2–4 working days production plus 3–7 working days delivery) are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery is across India only.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts used to abuse the store may be suspended.

Content and liability

Product descriptions, mockups and size charts are provided in good faith; size measurements are indicative with ±2 cm tolerance. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific delivery date. Liability for a defective item is limited to replacement or refund of that item under the returns policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the version on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
